If you’re looking for a simple, efficient mobile email app, then look no further. The Microsoft Outlook app integrates with Exchange, Office 365, Outlook.com, Apple’s iCloud, Gmail, and Yahoo Mail. There’s also a built-in calendar view, quick access to files stored in attachments, and some smart filters! If you use Microsoft Outlook at work and are constantly on the go – then you’re going to have to try this app.

Office Lens is available on iOs and Android. The app by Microsoft, was named as one of the best apps of 2015 by Google, in addition to Spark.

This app is great for many reasons. For one, it’s paperless and encourages you to go green. Two, it’s quick and easy. Just take a photo on your phone with the app and it trims, enhances, and makes the text on your picture more readable. It also converts images to PDF, Word, and PowerPoint files and saves them to Microsoft’s online storage, OneDrive, or its note-taking app OnteNote. It can be used for whiteboards or docs.  You can take pictures of receipts, of the idea you sketched on a napkin at a restaurant, and more. Basically, it’s a free scanner – on your phone.
