New Rochelle Public Library’s website receives Gold Hermes Award.
Tarrytown, N.Y. – June 20, 2017. — Since 1894, the New Rochelle Public Library (NRPL) has been a very important part of the community of New Rochelle. Located in its current building since 1979, this library is dedicated to encourage learning, protect intellectual freedom, and provide fair and equal access to information to the public.
Such an important resource deserved an equally functional and accessible webpage. That is why its Board of Trustees trusted MSM DesignZ, Inc. with the update of its online presence and the design of an enhanced website with full-screen layout and responsive features.

Thanks to these improvements and the functionality of its new events/program calendar design, the NRPL’s website was recognized with a 2016 Gold Hermes Creative Award in the Non-Profit category.

The New Rochelle Public Library is a member of Westchester Library System. WLS collaborates with 38 libraries in Westchester County to provide access to resources and services and to enhance and support library service for the more than 940,000 residents.
